Though Xavier’s thoughts were a bit more troubling. : : : : : : Archanon nodded. “I suppose if I were to share our greatest weakness, than you might be willing to share the passcodes to override your planet’s defense systems?” he asked rhetorically. “Parker Xavier, I did not come to kill the traitor Leamas. I came to bring him back to our space to be tried again for his crimes and to rid of you his malevolent presence.” He paused, hoping the the Lt. Governor understood. : : : : : : “That being said, we did not come to you without a way to do so. But we do not have all of the necessary parts. My hope was that we could find a power source here. Within your cargo hold on the Centurion is technology, that when powered correctly will create a prison-like device that inhibits us from passing through the created field. In order to properly imprison him, we will need to determine his location.” : : : : : : “If you would like, I can provide a minor demonstration with the technology we brought,” said Archanon. It was a gamble for Archanon to do so, but he suspected that it would be simply for demonstration and not for a permanent basis. Then again, unless the people here had the power source required, it woulnd’t fully inhibit Archanon anyway. : : : : : : -Archanon : : : -Kanok : : : “That would be agreeable.” Xavier answered. ” Will you need access to the Centurion or can we do a sample device here using lesser power?” Xavier knew he would want Tyra present to watch every thing that was done. : : : : Xavier : : Kanok slid a padd across the table as Archanon spoke. “That is the tagged signature to use for transport. Kanok will assemble the device. Should we wish others present, now would be the time to do so.” Archanon and Kanok both stood up. : : -Archanon : -Kanok : “Lets proceed as we are.” Xavier answered for everyone. : He wondered what would happen next. : Xavier

Longstreet was ready to get going forward no matter what that meant. He was ready to either eliminate Archanon as an ally or put him down as an enemy.
Longstreet

OOC: Real quick paste over. Will reply in a few minutes.

Archanon stood up. “Would you like to assemble here or in your cargo hold?” He had no preference to be fair. He merely wanted to be sure this meeting was conducted appropriately.

-Archanon

“Lets assemble in the Centurion hold.” Xavier ordered.

Longstreet rose as Xavier did. Xavier leaned over to Longstreet.

“Keep you eyes open. We don’t know the extent of Archanons power. I feel comfortable with him but its good to be cautious.” He told Longstreet who did not answer but Xavier knew he had understood.

Xavier

Archanon bowed his head, in the form of a younger Michael Halloway, and awaited someone to lead the way. While he likely could find his way using the minds of those present, it was best to leave them to their own ways. Intruding was frowned upon in his society.

Xavier and the entourage arrived to the dock of the Centurion and he led the way to the ship across the docking bridge. Once inside he quickly led them to the cargo hold which was not that large given the size of the ship.

“Here we are.” He said as if to cue Archanon it was his turn.

OOC: Not sure if he needs mods done or what to make this work.

Xavier

Xavier wanted to get this going as fast as he could. The more they could learn about Leamus the better. The quicker, even better.

Archanon gestured to several crates of equipment as he took a step back. “There are several devices within the crate. My companion, Kanok, can assemble the devices together. If you would like a look inside at the contents, just to be absolutely cautious, then now would be your chance.”

Kanok stepped forward, a serious look on his face. He was ready to assemble it and get this work done with. Inwardly, he knew Starfleet wouldn’t trust him, but if they had any inkling of what he and Conrad had seen the last couple years, their minds would hold very different thoughts.

Xavier nodded for them to begin. Longstreet stepped close to Kanok to observe. At this point they were all in but cautious.

Longstreet and Xavier

Xavier wondered how this would all work. In some ways they were more advanced than Archanon and in many others they were far behind.

Xavier Lt. Gov

Kanok went to work. The crate opened at once and multiple devices were taken out and assembled. There was also a crystal that was brought out. Anyone who new what a dilithium crystal was, would know that what Kanok held was just that. He took the device and attached it securely to the top of the crystal. He then fastend the bottom of the crystal to another device on the bottom of it.

Archanon took a step away from them all, placing the device between him and everyone else. Kanok activated it and a big blue shimmering wall appeared into existence and appeared to have disappeared. Was it still there?

Archanon stepped forward hesitantly. What he was about to do would seriously jeopardize him if he wasn’t quick enough. He moved forward hand stretched out before him. As soon as he came close enough, the blue wall appeared again. Archanon very briefly touched it and recoiled back, clearly in pain. He seemed almost weaker for having done it.

Kanok then turned to the assembled people. However it was Archanon who spoke. “This device does not harm corporeals. It is specifically designed to hold a noncorporeal Kaldonian.”

Kanok gestured forward to indicate that they could walk through to test for themselves.
