Pre-Sim: Psychological Eval

Posted Dec. 28, 2018, 11:12 a.m. by Lieutenant Ishtar Nhamashal (Chief Science Officer) (Trin S)

The mind, it fascinated her. Although, the unpredictable nature of emotions, and their devastating impact, had driven Ishtar away from ever choosing the path of psychological studies. She much rathered studying an animal, and the processes of their mind and body, rather than to deal with the incredible force of humanoid, sentient emotion.

Perhaps it sounded wrong, but Ishtar had never been the best at interpretting emotion, especially living in a family which essentially confined them and completely washed them away. A faint smile came to her face, at the thought. Part of her wondered if they still remained that way, but thinking of Grandmother Kamala, was enough to know that those traditions would never die, so long as she lived– and everyone had made it quite clear that dhe would outlive them.

Stopping by the Counselor’s office, in hopes of finding him there, she pressed her hand against the chime, before allowing it to fall beside her. She didn’t mind on going on a bit of a goose chase to find the man, but she preferred to have the luck of catching him in his office.
