Hamilcar departed Black Rock in the early afternoon aboard a runabout.

=^=Wooden Shoe to Black Rock, we are ready for warp.=^= Hamilcar called to control once the his runabout was in position.

=^=Cleared for Warp, Godspeed Wooden Shoe.=^=

Hamilcar engaged the warp drive and he was off to his first command. After setting the autopilot he got up approached the replicator. =^=Turkish coffee=^= He ordered, grabbing the drink and returning to his station. He set the cup down on a table and pulled out a bag that contained several padds. Grabbing one, he put his feet up on the console and got set to read the many reports, briefings and trainings that he had to catch up on prior to assuming his first command.
