“My favorite color is blue, a rich deep cobalt, it is a comforting color and reminds me of the lake near my home. My favorite food is potato pancakes smothered in squashed apple and sour cream, it was the first human food I had ever tasted. In my spare time I do all sorts of things, so it would depend on how I was feeling at the time.” Star had a lot of interests that he tended to explore “What about you?”

IC: Sathut was slightly amused that the questions were turned back at him, but he was happy to oblige to make the male comfortable. “My favorite colour is a deep emerald green, because it is the first colour I remember seeing around me in the forests of my youth. My favorite food, well, you are enjoying it now,” he gestured to the tea-like drink Star had been given. “And in my spare time I prefer to read books. There’s something about reading a book that cannot be compared to a holonovel or something of the sort. Perhaps it is the smell… or the sensation of the paper in my paws.” he smiled.
“What is your dream? Your aspiration?” he asked.

Star thought that over “Home. I dream of seeing my people again, my family. Oddly, humans inspire me, they don’t follow a liner path and while it takes them longer to make leaps when they succeed, those leaps are quite astounding. I find myself wondering often what would happen if my people met theirs, what would be created.”

“If someone came to you right now and offered you a choice between following your duty on the Olympic, or going home with the expense being the safety of the crew of the Olympic, which would you choose?” Sathut asked. It was important to know where the loyalties of the officers stood.

“I would pass on that offer. I will not choose the lives of others for a selfish desire to go home. If lives are on the line, I will always choose duty over anything else. I will not sacrifice others for myself.” Just the idea made his hackles raise. “I won’t lie however…I would be tempted, I think anyone would be and to pass it up would be like claws to my belly, but walk away I would.”
