“Security.” He said, rather simply and manner of factly. “I specialised in marksmanship, infantry tactics and starship gunnery in the academy, with a secondary focus on tactical systems and small arms engineering.” He cracked a small half smile. “I didn’t figure that I would have made a very good diplomat anyhow.” The increased detail would show that Arto was indeed in pretty much peak physical condition, or at least, from what could be told by the rather unusual combination of Bajoran and Cardassian plumbing in there. Still, seemed to all be working exactly as it should. Oxygen was getting carted around, blood was moving, everything was up to spec.

Ryley raised his eyebrows. ”Interestkng. So you’re a trigger jockey.” he continued scanning. ”with an interest in retro earth stuffs.” he said eyeing the watch again. He snapped the tricorder closed and watched the ensign.

He thought on that for a moment, before eventually nodding. “I suppose I am if you want to boil it down like that. Earth has an interesting history, I looked more into it when I joined the academy. Figured it would be a good idea to find out about the planet’s past if I was going to study on it and, well, I ended up finding an interest in it I suppose.”
