Hello everyone,

Below you will find a link to a questionaire I have designed in Microsoft Forms. I have chosen to create this questionaire in order for myslef to get to no you as my crew better and for you as my crew to tell me about any Suggestions, Ideas or concerns you may have. All questions marked confidential are seen by me and me only. Following the completion of the questionaire I will aim to contact eatch individual to discuss there responces within 1 week.
