Entering holodeck 2 Christopher Johnson stood in the centre of the room and pulled out a PaDD were he tapped several buttons and confirmed that all of the modifications he required were complete seeing that they were he tapped his com badge using his left index finger and addressed the monotone preprogrammed computer. =^= Computer, activate programme Ice Breaker 1 =^= within a matter of seconds a mass of forcefields and photons combined to form what was an exact replica of the USS Constellations bridge. “Ahh that’s better,” the captain said aloud to himself as he became seated in the replica of his centre seat. =^= All department heads report to Holodeck two on the double that includes the XO =^= he spoke having tapped his com badge.Little did the crew know what the Ice breaker would include.

Gong’da was doing inventory when he heard the message. He pressed his com badge =/\= On my way sir=/\= He looked around and saw the Ensign that he talked to when he came on board. “Sorry. I forgot your name but you’re in charge while I’m gone. ” with that he left and arrived at the holodeck. “Computer. Open holodeck two doors. ” The doors swished open and he saw the bridge. Puzzled he saw the captain.
“Gong’da reporting as ordered sir. Forgive me but wouldn’t it be easier to have just met on the bridge?”

James was in the middle of some calibrations when the call came. He tossed the tool to his assistant as he acknowledged the call then slowly made his way down to the Holodeck. Entering the room just after the Ferengi Doctor, perhaps a good starter for a joke. “Have ye ever tried to hold a meeting on a bridge dear doctor? Not the easiest in the werld.”

“Eh, depends on the ship.” Khavo shrugged her shoulders, stepping into the holodeck. She had just come from the bridge, where she had been running some diagnostic scans on the operations panel. Admittedly, it was not her favourite thing in the world (and she spent most of the time tapping to a snazzy tune from her homeworld), but it needed to be done. “G’day!” She grinned, waving. “Captain, Lieutenants.”

Kat walked in carrying a large sharp shard of metal, and stared at the other arrivals a little perplexed. “Psst. Did you guys forget to bring yours? We’re going to be breaking up some ice, I heard.” She spun her icepick a bit idly as she spoke.
