Kelly heard her CO pipe up before she did. If they had to transport the woman, Harris might need help. =^=Permission to head up and assist Harris?=^= Kelly asked over the comm. While the power had been on, her location had been prime for monitoring the cameras. But with everything down, or upside down in some cases, Kelly was merely a voice on a comm. At least out there she’d feel like she was doing something.

=^= Roger that, Ma’am… Harris, I’m on my way… =^= Kelly grabbed grav boots from the nearby locker and took off at a jog towards Harris’ last known location.

Braxton looking around briefly for his location. He did recognize it. =^=Kelly I’m in between docking port five and six. I need a medkit while I keep this woman stabilize. There should be one at every docking port. It’ll have a blue medical sticker with a white cross on a panel. Can you bring it to me?=^=

Harris

Kelly smiled as she heard Harris describe the medkits like she was a civilian who would be unfamiliar. She ran as fast as she could for his location. =^= On my way fast as I can. =^= She moved till she reached the barrier where Harris had said gravity was spotty. Kicking off her boots and stashing them behind a nearby conduit panel for safe keeping, she slid on the heavy gravboots and palmed open the door. Thankfully, this section was still with gravity and she grabbed the medkit in the wall unit just inside.

A moment later she appeared behind Harris. “I’m here…” She went to her knees and tried to assess the wounds he was working on stabilizing. “What do you need?”

“Take out the scanner and scan her. I’m waiting on Sickbay for further assistance. If I don’t hear from Sickbay, I’ll carry her to sickbay myself.”

Harris, Security

Kelly did as he said and frowned as several things popped up. “Here, look. I’m sure some of this we can take care of here.” She knew enough first aid to assist in the field, surely he knew enough as well that they could at least stabilize the woman before moving her.

Braxton was dressing the wound with gauze and a wrap. =^= Doc I’m confident that I can manage triage here then move her to sickbay. I’m checking pulse right now=^= Braxton put two fingers on a artery on her neck to check her pulse.

=^=Don’t try to be a hero, Harris. If you guys cannot manage it, please comm the Sickbay immediately.=^=

=^= Acknowledged Doctor. Harris out =^= “Kelly this is gonna be a temporary triage area. I’m going to continue through the Docking Ring for anybody else. Call sickbay if her pulse becomes weak or change of breathing. I’ll be right back. “

Kelly nodded and took off her jacket to stick under the woman’s head. “I’ve got it, Harris,” she smiled and shook her head lightly. “I may be a pretty face, but I’m combat trained. That means triage and field medical training.” She waved him off as he left. “Go… see who else we can get to this junction. It’s stable, so far, and big enough to hold several people if we need.”

When he left, she continued to check the woman. It seems she had fallen when moving from a non gravity to a gravity location. There was one such point only a couple intersections the direction Harris had disappeared to. Perhaps she had managed to make the boundary change, but passed out from her ordeal. She continued to check for broken bones and was grateful to see just a bump on the woman’s head that didn’t seem to be swelling. She tapped her badge, =^= Medical, I had a slight head injury. Pupils are responsive and no swelling seems to be occurring. Breathing and pulse normal. I’m going to keep her here till Harris returns in case we have more medical emergencies.=^=

She then moved about the area checking cargo crates and lockers to see what other emergency supplies she could gather.
