It was 0513. Of course Ashley would work out that early in the morning. Whether it was Marine discipline or the woman was just a morning person, Avalise was really regretted pushing herself to go along with the idea. She knew Ash would be there working out one way or another, and her own presence was entirely voluntary, but as she walked in dressed in standard issue workout shorts and t-shirt, the station’s COO really wanted nothing more than to turn around and crawl back into her bed for another couple hours.
Too late! What few eager people were there had spotted her. Ashley better be here…
