Odraavi would find the Ensign to her left attending to a Bolian Engineering NE with what appeared to be relativly painful looking plasma burns. NE Anderson was nearby bustling about, sorting patients to doctors and treating minor scraps and bruises when they appeared. Both Ensigns were deeply engrossed in their work to notice the CMO’s reappearance in Sickbay.

Pleased to see the Ensigns working with such efficiency, she knew far better than to distract them from their duties. Waving a hand, she grabbed a tricorder and a PaDD, surveying the Sickbay for signs of anyone in need of medical assistance.

While Teek had originally waved her CMO friend off and left her to return to sick bay, five minutes later she had been on her heels. Teek had closed the Mystique, sent her faithful coworkers back to their quarters and gone to Medical. She arrived to see the chaos and felt bad for showing up with a simple headache and upset stomach. The lights and maxed out sound that the club had suffered had ground into her deeper than she thought. As an Ensign came to ask what was wrong with her, she shook her head at the plasma burns and other people with broken bones from the gravity issues and bloody noses and such. “I… nothing… I’m sorry I bothered you.”

Odraavi had been assisting a young Swahili man, when a familiar voice sounded through the chaos of the world around her. Glancing up from where the dermal regenerator had begun piecing together the fragile skin torn apart by the force of a blade, Nisihe tried to hide the concerned smile that threatened to dress her features. She knew Teek’ma well enough to know she would brush off her own pain in favour of others, a trait she unfortunately shared with the Orion woman. Although, as a doctor.. and her friend, she had no intentions of letting that happen. “Nurse Ramirez, could you come finish this up?” She asked.

Seeing Odraavi across the room, her guilt got the best of her. “You know.. I’m here to lend a hand. I had a feeling you would be busy.” She helped in the next person who moved the door open behind her and nodded to the Ensign. “Where do you want me to put them for sorting?” She smiled but it didn’t reach her bloodshot eyes. If her friend wasn’t going to take a break, neither would she.

“Ensign, how about you tell the good lad over to osteo, that bruising on that leg of his would suggest a fracture or even a break. Be gentle, I don’t want him stressing on it; try to keep him off his left side.” She gestured to an area in the Sickbay equiped to treating bone fractures and breaks. Turning to Teek, she smiled and rested a hand on her shoulder. “You, my dear friend, can help me by having a seat.” She held up her tricorder, shaking it a little, as if to insinuate she wanted to check up on Teek’ma’s health.

Teek frowned. “Seriously, Nisi… I’m fine.” She obediently sat on the chair the Doctor waved her to, anyway. She had learned early that arguing when her friend was in ‘doctor mode’ was a futile thing. “It’s just a headache from the music and lights in the club. That’s all.” She smiled up at the woman hoping it would be convincing enough.
