Guiding Crenity through the halls, and carrying her if Crenity ever needed the assistance, the young Counselor made her way down the corridors of the Viking, heading directly for the sickbay.

She knew the Viking was faced by some of the most peculiar of injuries, but a part of her hoped they were unbusied at the moment. At least, that one of them was unbusied. She knew how to run the scan, it was common sense to anyone who worked in the psychiatric field. However, it was respectful to request a doctor as well, for it was there sickbay and she was a mere visitor.

“Are you ready?” She asked the child, having invited her mother if she really wanted to he a part of the simple procedure. Tal knew of the possibility which would leave Crenity terrified of this event, but she hoped the poor child trusted her enough to know that she wouldn’t allow anything to happen to her. Tal was fiercly protective over children, and Crenity would he no different. Watching as the doors parted with their distinctive hiss, she took a step through, smiling down at Crenity with a characteristically maternal grin. “It is all going to be okay.. Trust me.”

For a moment, she fell into a fragile silence, her dark, almost obsidian gaze studying the sickbay for any sign of an unbusied doctor. “Say.. Maybe if your Ma isn’t opposed, we can go to the mess hall for some deseet after this. How does that sound?” She waa trying to keep the girl calm, in case of any fear.

“Cheesecake is better, Counsellor,” Stein said as he appeared from behind the girl and the Lieutenant. “What seems to be the issue with her?” He shrugged in his lab coat and produced a medical tricorder and began his preliminary examination of the worked up child. “Yes… Cheesecake. A little strawberry, a little chocolate. Literally what the doctor ordered.”

The older doctor, rough as he was with most people, or perhaps just detached and aloof, seemed to have a decent bedside manor with Beveres and the child anyway. Even if, at the moment, he was obsessed with cheesecake.
