SNIP

Ensign Sharvi heard what the captain ordered, and he started moving the non-essential crew into the ready room. He was going to do what he could to be the last person to go into that ready room. As the acting Chief of Security, he couldn’t let the captain and CIO handle that wolf by themselves. He was sure they would most likely have the capabilities to do it. He pulled his phaser out and put it on stun. He pushed the body of the bloody ensign and the smell out of his mind. He had to follow his orders and keep everyone safe, especially the captain. His heart sank a little when he heard the shuttle disappeared.

Kristi watched as the wolf shifted back to human and once more lashed at the forcefield. “Wait… there is no hunter here. And we are all prey if you cannot help us. Can you help us?” She moved back towards him and kept her hands out to show she didn’t have a weapon in her grip. “We haven’t met… I’m Kristi. I’m one of the engineers. We were attacked. But they are gone right now. They killed him and stuck him there because…” she glanced around in a moment of panic as her mouth ran ahead of her thoughts. Suddenly she looked back at the man in the proverbial cage before her. “They put him there so you would lose control and be unable to help us. They think you will smell the blood and be lost to us as a protector. Is that true? Do we have to send you to the brig and cage you till this is over? Or can you control your…” she shook her head, once more lost on the words, “your wolf… change… whatever you call it. Can you help us?”

She took the final steps towards the shield and tried to lock eyes with him. “I’ll stay right here with you… if you want me to. I know you won’t hurt me.” The final words made her heart race like no other thing in her life had done. Something told her, in that moment, she had sealed her fate… one way or another.

(and lunch?)

The Wolf looked at her “ my pray is still close it dares to Challenge my presence it must pay blood for blood” the Wolf was standing still “ in my hosts quarters there is a wooden box under the bed it has talismans in it.Place them around the ship and read the words carved on the box They are old earth Transylvanian. That will keep you human safe from the Paranormal powers” his eyes were on the Engineer.

Ensign Lance Von Hellsing (Helm)

Peter rolled his eyes almost audibly. The ensign was now talking about Paranormal powers, absolutely ridiculous. “Ensign, you have sixty seconds to revert to human form” He called from the security station. The warning was meant for both him and the Engineer. His hands still hovered over the forcefield release command. Still counting down in his head from the Captains five minutes.

CIO

The Wolf gave the CIO a cold sharp look “ quiet your tongue mortal. Even in the face of a Paranormal entity such as myself you still refuse its existence. How close do mind you Mortals our Even mastering space Travel You still refuse to believe what is in front of you. now quite or next time I am free you will not be alive” he said with a very cold voice.

Ensign Lance Von Hellsing (Helm)

OOC: You might want to re-read my post, as the only thing Peter said was that he had thirty seconds of time left. Nothing hinting at refuting his existance. At least not something he’s said aloud.

Kristi growled and it was nearly as deep, though not as audible, as Lance’s. “Stop! Both of you. This isn’t doing anyone any good.” She glanced up at the CO and hoped she wasn’t overstepping her chances here.

Glancing back at Lance, she shook her head. “I am sorry, but we don’t have time for that. Is there a way that perhaps, if I stay close by, to keep you focused, you can remain in human form and help us? If we can find your … ummm… prey, perhaps we can get him caged so he doesn’t hurt anyone else. Then you can petition the Captain to confront him. I cannot promise you anything. But I can promise I will remain at your side and help you in any way that I can.”

She glanced at the Captain knowing her minute was about up, then back at Lance. “Please… if you can’t, the Captain may cage you permanently in security to keep you under control. Then you won’t be able to help anyone.” She reached up, almost ready to press her hand to the field, only to stop just short of it as she remembered it wasn’t a plasbarrier between them, but an energy one.
