As the Captain materialised on the colony, she found herself in the middle of a long dinner queue. As she suddenly appeared, a young Ensign squeaked and dropped her tray which clattered noisily on the deck as the rest of the room turned round in surprise. A burly looking security officer strode up and tapped Ravenfall on the shoulder, throwing her an icy glare. “Excuse me Captain,” he said as he noticed the pips on her collar. “I know rank has it’s privileges and I’m sure you’re hungry as well but do you not think that this breaks protocol?” he demanded, clearly weary from a long shift.Mother Hen
Viktoria jumped , and dropped into a fighting stance when the officer touched her shoulder. She had been expecting to be on the command deck and not the messhall. She turned to face the security officer once she had calmed down a bit. “It does but this isn’t where I’m supposed to be. I was supposed to materialize on the command deck.”
She took several deep breaths before speaking again. “Can you point me in the direction of the command center?c
