It was laght when crystal returned to her office. Snowflake went to his bed and went to sleep. Crystal still had work to do however. She sat at her frack and longed into the computer. She quietly keyed in a surch of admiral Lockhart’s history. The best place to start when hunting was to pick a target and learn all that could be Learned from that target.

Accompanying the record were a multitude of letters of merit and recommendation, character testimonials from various dignitaries and governments, and more than several notations of his tireless contributions to both Starfleet and the Federation. Careful study of the file would indicate that the Admiral was a career diplomat and highly regarded in almost all diplomatic circles for his fairness and ability to negotiate complex situations.

Well at lest he is not cousins tribal. Crystal thought for a moment she keyed a pad to send him an invitation to observe one of the Marine Traning exercises later that day. =/\= Crystal to The leader of the abnormals marine leason, I would like to speak with you in my office at your earliest convenience=/\= she said then looked over at snowflake then back to her computer. She decided to look up the admiral’s Marine leasson wail she waghted.

The record of Marine Captain Ri’Thiq, Andorian, was normal for a Marine in his role. Multiple combat tours early in his career had led him to make a ‘name’ for himself with some of the higher-ups. This had led to him being moved into more prestigious roles, up to currently serving as the Starfleet Marine Liaison Officer to the Diplomatic Corps. The position was one of great responsibility, actually. R’thiq was responsible for not only the safety and security of the Admiral and his staff, but of coordinating with the staff of any military leaders that participated in activities with the Diplomatic contingent. Quite a role for Captain. One would expect someone of higher rank to be in the position, at least a Major or Lieutenant Colonel.

One thing in the record was far from normal, however. On the list of awards was one that seemed out of place: the Cochrane Medal of Excellence. One would expect a Scientist or Engineer, perhaps, to have earned that distinction. But a Marine with training in tactics and combat? It seemed out of place.

At that moment, the door chime to Crystal’s office sounded.
