The USS Interror made it’s way closer and closer to the station. Automated traffic control was the only communication coming from the ship. When the ship was aboout forty-five minutes away Stout, who sat scowling in the Control Center, hit the comms. =/\= All Department Heads and Command Staff report to the Control Center immediately. All hands, prepare for arrival of Inspector General. =/\=

Stout, CO

Ferl’lak put on his best tailored suit because Rule 47: Don’t trust a man wearing a better suit than your own was on his mind and he wanted to make Damn sure he had the upper hand. But Rule 33: It never hurts to suck up to the boss came to his mind as well. But which boss he wondered.

He made his way to the Control Center and reported in. “Mr. Ferl’lak is here my good captain. He held the PaDD that contained his accounting information.

Ferl’lak

Omni did not speak upon arrival, which had become characteristic of her. Clasping her hands behind her back, she nodded to Ferl’lak and then to the Captain.

Elizabeth could be found behind her bar. She looked up at the announcement but rather than let it bother her she continued to take care of her patrons. She smiled as she set a plate of food before the gentleman sitting there. he’d ordered the burger with fries while his date had ordered the grilled chicken salad beside him. She placed their drinks before them. “Enjoy.” She smiled softly waving to her cook in the back. “Cookie’s the best in the quadrant.” She grinned.

Elizabeth Notta, B&L Owner.

Scott, for his part, bolted upright and smacked his head on a conduit when he heard the announcement. Grumbling something to himself he sat himself up before shouting, “Pol, keep scanning the outer ports for the power feedback. I don’t want another replicator squirting hot coffee all over the Inspector.” He rubbed his temple before rolling his soft body out from under where he was working. After wiping off his hands he made his way to the turbo lift and took it all the way up to the control center, not bothering to change this time.

Upon arriving he gave a sharp salute to the CO then took a spot along the back wall, leaning against the edge and hoping to God he got the structural reinforcements done in this section of the ship.

CE Woods.

Yuri had just finished wiping down the surfaces in medical with his team when he heard the announcement. “Computer, begin monthly program Yuri-M once my bio signature returns to medical .” The task was a simple one, but due to it’s simplicity is what made it take a lot of time. What the computer would do is it’s monthy maintenance of decrypting, defragmenting, and encrypting the medical database again. During the whole process the database gets locked and cannot be accessed for any reason for security. It was the only real thing Yuri could thing up to trip up and waste the inspectors time as the Captain had asked us to do. Everything else was pretty much in order. Everything sanitized, instruments in their proper place, and level 3 containment fields in operating condition, providing if power was available for it of course. Unfortunately, the shipyard was old and didn’t have an emergency medical hologram installed. Several upgrades would be needed in order to retrofit even the early forms of the EMH. Holo-emitters would need to be installed throughout the shipyard instead of just medical, the lounge, engineering, and the holosuite. An upgrade to the database would need to be done as well in order to have enough resources and memory to hold the program as well. Yuri wasn’t quite one for dealing with admiralty, but he respected the leadership and understood the reason for inspections at least from the medical perspective. He couldn’t really say for any other department. “Make sure everyone is ready for Inspector General. Keep log PaDD at front desk for sick call visitors.”

Yuri went to the back where his office was to grab his dress coat that he prepared earlier and put it on, taking a quick look at himself in a small mirror he had in his office. He still wasn’t quite used to seeing the Lieutenant rank on it, but he wanted to ensure that he didn’t let the Captain down for the inspection or his orders to make this experience as unpleasant for the Inspector as possible. With a nod he headed to the Control Center and arrived a few moments later. “Good Morning Captain, Commander, Chief, Mr. Fer … Fur .. Feral-lack. My apologies, very hard to pronounce name. I hope you do not take offense.” Yuri’s expression was slightly worried. He’d been trying to, here and there get a better pronunciation for it, but his accent pretty much stopped it from sounding correct every time he tried to say his name.
