Ensign MacMoragh was returned to duty after two days in the brig. You know drinking to much and giving the security guards a hard time was not the right thing to do. After all, even the officer on deck that night said, “You have to be dumb to do this, Ensign. You are never going to make Lt. (j.g.) like this.” He was right, the older Ensign had to learn there are rules for a reason. Maybe Star-fleet was not the right place for MacMoragh; either way, a stunt like this again, and he might get kicked out anyway.

MacMoragh

“MacMoragh?” A sharp voice cut in from behind, a sense of blunt force dancing behind it. Omni had not intended to sound cruel or otherwise condescending, it was simply the nature she possessed. Having caught sight of the man, during her rounds to ensure everything was running efficiently, she paused to see what was going on. She knew of the situation, and pondered how he was holding after it.

Turning around and seeing the exective officer, MacMoragh, responded quickly, “Commander, how are you? I was just on my way to my quaters to clean up and then report for duty; I still smell like the brig.”

MacMoragh

“I am well, Ensign, thank you.” Omni nodded, curtly. “I see. How are you faring? I understand time in the brig can be emotionally draining on any given officer.” She remarked, intending to find out how the man was doing after his discipline.

Lt. Cmdr. Omni
XO

“Thank you for your concern, Commander. Two days can be a long time when it is two complete days. That being said, I seem to be no worse for wear…however, I need a shower and clean uniform before I report for duty” replied MacMoragh.

MacMoragh

BUMP!

“What were you doing in the brig?” A cheery voice rang out, cutting off the XO before she could answer. “Were you bad? Were you rude to the Captain? Don’t be rude to the captain. He isn’t very nice when you are rude to him.”

Looking over at the new ‘voice’ to enter the conversation MacMoragh responded, “Um, let’s just say, I should not drink real alcohol and then fail to follow the directions of security officers; you know what I mean?”

MacMoragh

“That is what I would like to know.” Another new voice. “How could you have possibly gotten yourself that drunk and be beligrant to security, instead of them just escorting you to your quarters to sleep it off?” Sherlock had been there for 20 minutes just listening.
