The away team boarded the shuttle enroute to the KDF ship.

McMoragh took a position at one of the stations.

McMoragh

Ferl’lak took a seat and adjusted his tie while he awaited the shuttle to depart.

Ferl’lak

“Engage, Mister MacMoragh.” Sherlock motioned and nodded once they were all seated.

“Aye sir” came the reply from Ensign McMoragh as he pushed the necessary buttons to have the shuttle move.

A few minutes later the shuttle was on its way to the Klingon ship.

McMoragh

“Hopefully this will be rather laxed and uneventful…”

    – Chief Operations Officer/Second Officer

Commander Sideman watched on the viewscreen as the shuttle approached the KDF ship.

Sideman

As the shuttle approached the readouts showed that the ship had been in battle and was still at red alert.....however, there was no bio-signs coming the ship; at least not yet.

Story-teller

“Give a high birth on approach and then come in from underneath to try and mask our signature. Initiate.”

Following Lt. Grimes orders the shuttle was moved into place and a docking bay was clearly showen. Maybe it was time to board the ship.....

Story-teller

“Alright…well…lets give it a shot, for now, phasers on stun, try not to get trigger happy. Lets move in and secure the bay. We’ll go from there once we have.”

  • Lieutenant Sherlock Grimes
    – Chief Operations Officer/Second Officer

“Yes, sir..” came the reply from Ensign McMoragh as he docked the shuttle.

MacMoragh

As the landing party went onto the ship, it was quiet. There was little to no movement. Also, even more curious, there were no bodies…no nothing. However, the ship’s systems and life support all seemed to be working within standards. Nothing seemed right.....

Storyteller

As the team moved in MacMoragh started his scans. “This is weird, sir” said the Ensign.

MacMoragh

“What is, Ensign?” Giving a curious look to MacMoragh.

  • Lieutenant Sherlock Grimes
    – Chief Operations Officer

Ferl’lak looked over as well. “Yes. What is it? Also Lt. Grimes. Since we are dealing with Klingons. I suggest putting the phasers on the highest stun setting. They are huge brutes with double anatomy. They are very hardy and are not easily put down. But like you said earlier, you are in charge. It was just my suggestion.”

Ferl’lak

Responding Ensign MacMoragh said, “Sir, if my readings are correct, there are no life signs…at least not here....yet…we can breath. So, that means the regular systems has to be operational…it just does not make sense.”

MacMoragh

Sherlock gave a look over to Ferl’lak and nodded, “I am aware, but thank you for bringing it up anyway.” Shifting his attention to MacMoragh, “Hmmm…there is only one way to find out and standing here isn’t going to do it.” Motioning his head and out of the shuttle.
