Mission Summary

A fleet of ships from another galaxy, the Kierkans appear and demand payment for helping the previous species that had occupied Crell. Q
appears to explain that a convoluted plan, as Q is capable of, was hatched to stall the warrior-type Kierkans from invading the Milky Way galaxy. As none of the species can match the superiority of these Kierkans, Q suggested that the Crag and the Federation pretend to be very weak to stave off the very proud Kierkans. As this was only a temporary measure, the Starbase personnel searched for a way to counter the Kierkans. Then it was discovered that the Kierkans had no idea of telepathy or psychic phenomena. Using weak psychic manipulation, the
Kierkans were tricked into thinking that the milky way galaxy was filled with weak species and that it was not worth it to conquer it.
