Mission Summary

Stardate 01010.1
We are still docked at Starbase 202, enjoying some R & R. Our new CSO has come aboard, much to my dismay. I know this man is not THE Fletcher Christian, but that doesn't make me any more comfortable with him. Meanwhile, the XO and CMO appear to be conspiring to find a way to give me a physical without my knowing it. Odd.

Stardate 01020.1
The freighter SS Falcon has broken station from Starbase 202. According to records from Starbase 202, the freighter is registered to one Lars Ono, and he has our Lt. Toobits along with him. It appears he may have deserted, or could be a prisoner. We aren't certain yet. We are in persuit of the freighter.

Stardate 01022.4
The SS Falcon is approaching a dense asteroid field. It looks like we will catch up with them just about the time they enter, and we're a big big to go in after them. We are debating blasting our way through or sending in shuttles to follow the freighter.

Stardate 01032.7
The Falcon managed to elude us in the asteroid field. We sent shuttles into the field in persuit, using the ship's computer to coordinate navigation. Unfortunately, it seems that a medical emergency has arisen on the ship, and we can't dedicate the computer power to the navigational simulation. I have ordered the shuttles home until we can resume the persuit.

Stardate 01041.5
Commander Smith's shuttle has made it back in one piece. Lt. Dalgety's shuttle, however, is being attacked by some sort of space-born giant slug that resides in one of the asteroids. We are preparing to take the ship into the asteroid field in persuit. Meanwhile, the Falcon has managed to successfully hide in the asteroid field. We are scanning for impulse signatures. Ensign Nunzio is recovering from his previous condition, thanks to getting his daily dose of Bolian tea. I still prefer earl grey.

Stardate 01050.2
We have driven off the giants space slug and rescued Lt. Dalgety. Science has also managed to locate the Falcon by its plasma trail. It is hiding inside a large asteroid, apparently attempting repairs. We are going to try and flush them out.

Stardate 01070.2
The Falcon appeared to be hiding inside the slug itself. We managed to flush it out by giving the slug severe heartburn from a highly-energized torpedo, but that nearly killed it. A torpedo filled with anti-acid cured it and it returned to its asteroid. We have tracked the Falcon to the nearest planet, which interestingly enough turned out to be Hargh, Toobits' homeworld. Trybnat, the leader of the Adept Council, has agreed to let us send down an away team to the surface to assist in recovering the fugitives, but lied to us and said that they knew nothing of the Falcon's presence. I have advised the away team to be on guard, as well as on their best behavior.

Stardate 01080.7
The Yuki have revealed to the away team some disturbing news. It seems some unknown foreign power is attempting to gain control of the Yuki leadership by some unknown means of mind control. This sounds frighteningly familiar. The away team continues to investigate, as it appears that the controlled Yuki are holding the Falcon's crew.

Stardate 01082.0
The away team and their Yuki friends have managed to free Toobits and the other SS Falcon pilot, Lars Ono. Meanwhile, two refugee ships have entered the system, claiming to be Palpitine of the Fett sect. This bodes ill. They say they are fleeing the destruction of their colon on Mu Iota II. The Yuki systems control allowed them to enter orbit without hesitation, which is equally disturbing. The ships are of the same design as shuttlecraft we've located beneath the surface of Hargh. However, hot on their tail was another vessel: The planet-killing Star Destroyer that destroyed Alderaan, and apparently Mu Iota. We have called for reinforcements from the rest of the fleet.

Stardate 01091.5
The Star Destroyer under the command of the so-called Darth Vader revealed that they are of extra-galactic origin. It seems the Rolchana was a left over from a great war, millennia ago, in another galaxy, that they and others had been searching for since then. Since Starfleet destroyed it 4 years ago, when Vader escaped from it barely with his life, they wanted vengeance against the entire Milky Way galaxy. After it tore through the bulk of Fleet Four, the Yuki or Fett, we're not certain, used our probe to locate a ventalation port on the port ventral forward surface of the vessel, through which they fired a guided missile of sorts. The Star Destroyer has been destroyed, but the Seetha have now arrived, demanding retribution themselves, and we have a fleet of Malencar Sect ships heading this way. It never rains but it poors.

Stardate 01100.7
The Seetha and Fett joined with us to repell the attack from the Malencar Sect, but we were already weakened. We barely survived long enough for the cavalry to arrive in the form of the Council Fleet, on its way from Starbase 202. It appears that these are the "Force-Attuned" people from the foreign galaxy. They pulled the Malencar off our backs and destroyed them. The Battle of the Five Fleets is over, and we are still alive. At least most of us. The Council has stated their intent to gather up all the Palpitine and return to their native galaxy. We are preparing to depart.

Stardate 01102.3
We have returned to Starbase 202 for repairs along with the rest of the fleet. Captain Temple has arranged a fleet-wide party on the station's Promenade. I have instructed all officers to take full advantage of it.
