Edict #1
December 14th 2021

First off thank you for all those in their past roles in the previous term for serving so well and performing your duties to the best of your ability. James and I are truly happy to see how things have been going.

Secondly, while the incoming applications were not as numerous as we would have hoped, we did get our Cabinet and Fleet Commanders filled out nicely.

With that said the Cabinet and Fleet Commander roles for the coming term are as follows:

Cabinet Roles:

Gamemaster Director: Sam Pennington
Engineering Director: Russell Watt
Personnel Director: Steve Johnson

Fleet Commanders:

Academy Commandant: Jake Ridgely
Foremost Fleet: Jennifer Ward
Pioneer Fleet: Brian Richards
Meridian Fleet: Melissa Aragon
Black Fleet: AJ Paulson

Executive Assistants:

Experimental Fleet: Daniel Lerner
Community Marketing Manager: The Search Continues!

All Cabinet and Fleet Commanders please have your assistants named by January 3rd 2022. If you require assistance or suggestions on who to approach for such roles please let James and I know ASAP!

Edict #2:
December 14th 2021

Let it be known that Archer Edict #1 is to be amended, due to AJ Paulson not having held the role of CO currently anywhere in main fleet or in the past he does not qualify under current FCOMM rules, and amendments as per https://www.star-fleet.com/prez/edicts/sinclair/#b1 Sinclair Bill #1. To fix this mistake on my part by misreading its intention and wording with the craziness of my life and own work. I must release AJ Paulson as Black Fleet FComm and replace him with Amber DeSadier for the coming term.

I am very sorry for this mistake as president to the club, as well as AJ himself! That said thank you AJ and Amber for understanding and both of you for helping to get this all sorted. Also thank you to Joe P for noting my mistake!

Edict #3:

Quote: “There is nothing stronger than the heart of a volunteer.” – Gen. James H. Doolittle

Edict #3:
December 14th 2021

So as the quote highlights above, STF is a club founded and ran by volunteers. We work and play hard together for the enjoyment of our community that we ourselves have built and run since 1991! That is 30 years of blood, seat, tears, joy, and any other number of ranges of emotion. In that time we as a community have grown, shrunk and grown again, and while obviously the club numbers today are not quite as large as they were in times past at the heart of it all we have continued to all I hope have fun and grow together through the selfless sacrifice of volunteers within this club.

It is with this in mind that we need to remember that from the newest cadet to the oldest Admiral in the club as a member we must recognize and reward hard work and service to our community at large. That is why I would like to highlight this person’s accomplishments for the past almost 2 years of service that I feel has proven they are ready to be rewarded with their next step up in our community.

This member currently holds the club rank of Lieutenant Commander, for 2 years this member has served in a variety of roles within the club, including but not limited too XO of the Chimera in Pioneer Fleet, and a department head lieutenant position on the Genesis within Black Fleet. Furthermore, in this time they have held the role of Assistant Fleet Commander in that fleet learning under others the ins and outs of assisting the fleet in their day to day/month to month tasks of running. Furthermore, this member within the past term has demonstrated that their lessons had not gone unheeded or learned! They ran Black Fleet in my view and from what I have been told superbly to the best of their ability. This member reached out to others with more experience in time of need for help and mentoring when their knowledge came up short, further they were a reliable reporter of our monthly reports for Black Fleet which is important for the president each month to get a better understanding of what is going on in each fleet and their ships. They were also approachable to many CO and XO’s within this fleet helping them run their ships, working to get any issues settled, helping to fill positions that were open and generally just being there for everyone where they could be.

It is with all this and more in mind that is my great humble honor to promote AJ Paulson to the rank of Commander! May you continue to help this club maintain and grow in the coming future!

Thank you again AJ!

Edict #4:
January 5th 2022

With Adam W’s ILOA taking place in his recent post this has left a badly needed opening for the commanding officer role on Outpost 42 in Pioneer Fleet.

After some lengthy discussion and planning, as well as recommendations by Brian Richards, I hereby assign AJ Paulson to the commanding officer role of Outpost 42, as well as a promotion of club rank to Captain! Of course this also means that the time honored tradition of animal naming will commence in the near future for the STF Zoo!

Congratulations AJ and good luck in your endeavors on the Outpost I look forward to seeing what you produce in the near future!

Edict #6:
March 22nd 2022

With the departure of our former Academy Commandant and no other applications by interested parties. I’m happy to announce that Daniel ‘Dolphin’ Lerner has offered to step forward to fill our vacant Commandant role for the Academy. I hope to see good things from you and Kat in the future Dan, thank you for your help and time!

Quote: “It’s sad, but sometimes moving on with the rest of your life, starts with goodbye.” – Carrie Underwood

Edict #7:
March 24th 2022

It is with a painful acceptance that I have to write this Edict. After a long hard fight, long service for crazy, whacky and funny sims and characters for the club, and just an all around fun place to be a part of. It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that due to long months of lack of interest at the command level, lack of gamemaster both here and the general shortage the club currently faces, and falling interest in the ship as a result. That the USS Constellation is to be decommissioned. I task the remaining players to wrap up your sims and roleplay to the best of your ability, and for TECH to do the necessary things no sooner than April 1st 2022. This date is of course April Fools day and to me I felt no better date marks a fond farewell to our wacky comedy ship then April Fools, right?

Now this all said, just because the Constellation (or another other ship) gets decommissioned, does not mean that if in the future we have the interest to do so, or for that matter the gamester and/or club numbers to support it or other past ideas that a ship can not be revived. There is also the option of any current interested parties reviving the Constellation idea in XFleet.

To the ship and crew past and present (of which I myself have been a part of both player and GM!) I wish you all the best, happy sails into the sunset, and raise a roach sized glass of celebration to your contributions to the club for all these years.

Edict #8:
April 17th, 2022

With the loss of our last FComm for Pioneer Fleet, James and I had to look long and hard to find a solid replacement. But at the zero hour we felt we found that ideal person. Before I reveal this news though let me first thank all three people who sent in applications. So thank you Travis Good, Katheryne Darrah and Matthew Bongiorno for applying. James and I were I must admit at first concerned in the first week of accepting applications that we had not got anyone. But then all three of the above rolled in their apps, so thank you all for stepping forward, with the current club environment at this time.

So with that out of the way James and I are happy to announce that we have selected Matt Bongiorno to fill this role for the remainder of the term. We are looking forward to working with Matt and assisting Pioneer Fleet with whatever needs they may have.

Congratulations Matt!

Edict #9:
April 21st, 2022

First off let me say thank you to our lovely Tribble, Russ for filling the role of engineering director up to recently this term. James and I appreciate your time and effort for helping us and the club at large out. We wish you the best for organizing your life in the future and look forward to in time playing and roleplaying with you club wide as well!

But after a long slog of a search, James and I are happy to report that new comer to the role Katy Darrah has graciously stepped forward to learn the ropes of this spot through the remainder of the term and run it to the best of her ability with guidance of those with more experience. I and James look forward to working with Katy in the coming months, and thank her for stepping up for our community.

Edict #10:
April 28th, 2022

With a heavy heart, I must announce the decommissioning of Outpost 42. Due to the loss of interest in this area, lack of active GMs here and club wide, and the shortage of players as well this has left James and I with no choice but to take this route. We are sorry to see it go but this was our only option left after trying to work a solution with the crew.

I ask TECH to remove the Outpost from our ship lists as soon as possible, and reports, and pdept and pioneer fleet fcomm to assist the players in finding other ships to reassign too if they wish.

Edict #11:
April 29th, 2022

Due to recent players stepping aside from the roles on the ship, James and I have made another difficult choice to announce the decommissioning of the USS Viking in Meridian Fleet.

We are giving the players there two weeks to wrap up side sims, give your goodbyes, etc until April 13th 2022, by 6pm US Eastern Time. During this time any players are encouraged to also talk to the Personnel Department to help them relocate to other places in the club if they wish. We then ask TECH to remove the Viking from the report form and ship lists.

Edict #12:
May 15th, 2022

Due to Jen stepping aside from the Foremost FComm role, after some time searching, James and I have selected from our applicants (3 in total, though one was a bit more than a day past the due date, in case anyone was curious!), so we selected from those two that came in on time, Calé Reilly, aka our most loveable, cute, and cuddly Panda to take over things for Foremost Fleet for the remainder of the term.

Thank you all for those who applied, James and I appreciated it. Cale, James and I look forward to touching base with you soon!

June 4th, 2022

Due to the demands of real our lovable Dolphin Bartender Daniel Lerner had to make the tough choice to step down from the Academy Commandant and XFleet SOX roles. I hope you all will join me in thanking Dan for his help in the club the past term and this term, and wishing Dan the best for things to settle in his busy life!

With this in mind Dan’s Vice Commandant Katherine Dedul (also known as the lovable Bumblebee!), is hereby appointed to the role of Academy Commandant. We ask TECH to please update the appropriate forwards as soon as they can. Best of luck to you Kat, and I hope your search for a vice commandant to help out is fruitful!

Due to the demands of life Matt has had to step back as CO on the Leviathan in Foremost Fleet. But after a quick search the founder of this fun ship has returned to the center chair! We wish her the best, and I also want to thank Matt for his previous work on the ship as well as those who also applied for the open CO spot.

Due to the demands of life David Shotten has had to step back as CO on the Challenger in the Academy. But thanks to the illustrious hard work of our Bumblebee while I slept, she found by the time I awoke a suitable person to fill David’s shoes. Due to more demands on his life Daniel Lerner has had to step back from his duties as SOX with Experimental Fleet. Dan thank you for your time and help there this term, we wish you the best! With a bit of a search James and I have found a replacement who we believe will help keep those current Experimental areas in line and succeed in their intentions. With this in mind we are appointing Travis Good as the new SOX and executive assistant to manage X-Fleet until such time as he retires from it or another President decides otherwise. Congrats Travis! Due to upcoming commitments Melissa Aragon will have to be stepping down from command of the SS Bonaventure. Melissa, James and I, as well as I am sure the whole crew of the Bonaventure in our time together thank you for your service to the ship and crew. To get ahead of this issue slowing down things on the ship, based on the recommendations of Cale the FComm of Foremost Fleet, we have located a new player eager to step up to fill this upcoming position Nicole Cline is here by promoted to the club rank of Captain with all forthcoming perks and responsibilities there in. Further she is assigned to take over command of the Enterprise Era Bonaventure ASAP. I look forward as its GM to working with you Nicole as well and to help you and Melissa smooth the hand over for the sake of the Bonnie.

Congratulations, Nicole!

Edict #20:
July 3rd, 2022

With the end of my 2nd term as President winding down, as is usual I asked a few weeks back for submissions for commending people at all levels of the club for their work in our community. Normally these are made a little later in the next month before the next term’s president takes over, but due to my commitments in life, work, family, and such I wanted to make sure I had plenty of time to fully handle these in case of anything unexpected happened. So with that explained and out of the way let’s get started!

First up is a Cabinet Level Commendation for Abigail G for their intensive hard work this term in helping members on various ships, both in character and out of character. As well as being helpful to people in pms, and in public chat in Discord answering being welcoming to new comers and us older members, helping to answer questions, giving constructive feedback and the like. She is also an amazing writer on the ships she is on, and always tries to engage others in one way or another. All in all Abigail’s commendation here is well earned in my book.

Next up is a Cabinet Level Commendation for Sam Hayes for her work this past term being AFComm in Foremost Fleet, first under Jen and currently under Cale. She has shown for both of these two a tireless commitment to helping both in managing Foremost Fleet. She also has been quite open to learning how to do so more and more independently in time, perhaps being an FComm herself sometime. Her help with Jen was quoted as being ‘supportive above and beyond the call of duty, especially when things got tough for me’. It is important to remember that help like this for our community and positions are very trying, and having someone there to help support you and let you vent or the like when things get tough is an amazing asset in STF.

Next up is a Cabinet Level Commendation for Lindsay Bayes for their tireless work in many areas of the club, often not seen or heard about but still giving insight, and support to many she connects with. In addition her work on the Manhattan this past term has been huge in contributing and aiding stories, and character to those there. As well as being super supportive of Jen and James there in particular.

Following up on this is a Cabinet Level Commendation for Nicole Cline for her equally tireless work as XO on the Sentinel helping out its CO Matt B in many ways and keeping the ship active when he has had to take a brief break for one reason or another. Her help there has also been important to helping to recruit during the earlier times of the Sentinel and as of late. Further she has been noted to help new and old members alike in email, and Discord, lending a constructive and positive attitude to questions and if not answering things then being able to point the way to those who can help.

Next is a Cabinet Level Commendation for Jennifer Ward, this past term, she worked up until the last two months so hard as Foremost Fleet’s FComm. Her tireless effort to always give the best she can to someone, or a ship, as well as doing alot to include others into things both in character and out of character, not to mention being a wealth of information in her own right has made her time as FComm this term a joy to watch and speaking as a CO in Foremost Fleet she was always at the ready to help and provide advice or insight etc when I and I am sure other CO’s in the Fleet needed it.

Next we got a Presidential Level Commendation Sam Pennington who was not only our GM Director this term, but up till recently my XO on the Ark Angel as well! As GM Director he worked hard to take feedback given by others, based on things heard during one of our Voice Of The Club events in Discord. Through that he got a linked thread going for members to submit ideas for current or future GMs to use in their own ways in ship sims. He also has made efforts to recruit new interested players to take the GM Exam and provide constructive feedback to custom race/power submissions and some of which got passed too! As an XO he helped me in more ways then he probably can realize managing the Ark Angel. He helped me a ton in recruitment, keeping up on awol/loas, and just in general being a welcoming friendly person to those who joined the ship to make them included. I have also noticed that in other places he has been in the club he echoes these same ideals and many others gave me emails or pms to have him commended for this work alone.

Next commendation is a Presidential Level Commendation for James Sinclair. This past term as many may know he served as my loyal vice president. James since the start of the term helped me SO much in ways I can not fully put to words. From simple things like just listening to me rant about some frustration or another. Or reminding me on some detail of presidential process that had slipped my mind. To getting down into the trenches so to speak with STF’s community as a whole to listen, shake hands, kiss babies, and just basically be a great guy to meet and chat with that you could bring an issue too or ask a question, or give feedback and not fear you would be ignored or slapped down for it. While I made efforts to do likewise, his aide in this matter made it so much easier for me to manage things around the club. He also provided great ideas between us, to the point that both of us I hope share a close understanding of bouncing ideas and suggestions off each other. James’s efforts elsewhere in the club on OED V, the Manhattan and the like are equally high quality and enjoyable from feedback given by others. He strives to include others in big and small details or events.

Next is a Cabinet Level Commendation for Melissa Aragon and Steve Johnson who served tirelessly as FComm for Merdian Fleet, and up till an hour ago for many years as CO on the Bonaventure, and for Steve as Personnel Department Director and XO on the Bonaventure since before time was measured (joking....but it has been a long time!). In addition both are often helping out in other ways around the club either in joining writing on ships filling positions opened. Or by providing mentorship big and small to those they meet or are approached by. Melissa has shown she can be stern when needed as FComm in managing ships but also helpful and constructive at the same time. All in all Melissa your efforts this term are greatly appreciated by your peers. Steve, your writing everywhere is top notch, and your help this term in PDept in welcoming new members, assisting current members in finding new ships to play on, and more have been a much needed asset for my work as President as well. Thank you both!

Next is a Presidential Level Commendation for Nick V. Nick’s efforts this past term have resulted in tons of progress made on the creating technical manual updates for the new library with newly passed ship submissions, technology submissions and converting existing such designs into the new library and flagging those not to be used for updating the ship graveyard. He has also been a wealth of older knowledge for the Engineering Department for many endless years in reviewing ship and tech submissions, and helped new comers this term in big and small ways alike.

Next is a Cabinet Level Commendation for Gene Gibbs. He has served as a GM on many ships over the years, but this past term has held several sims on ships to the enjoyment of many. He also is approachable, constructive, and a joy to work with and chat with in many different forms. I’d also like to note that out of all commendations I got submitted to me Gene got the most for this reason in some form of wording or another by almost 5+ more then anyone else noted above and below. You go Gene!

Next is Kirt Gartner with a Cabinet level Commendation. Kirt is one of those folks who has risen up slowly but surely through the club. Having been his mentor in the past I can say he often at each step felt ‘this was as far as I go in stf. But time and again he gets proven wrong. His work this term as CO on the Memorial has not been an easy one but he keeps trying and sticking it out to improve and make the ship succeed. He has passed his GM Exam this term, and is currently taking his GM Training Sim which I believe will no doubt result in an amazing pass on the Chimera to much success. He also stepped up into the role as AFComm for Meridian Fleet, helping out Melissa there. This and more shows to me that Kirt just needs to be supported, or believe in himself to keeping trying and learning both in and outside of STF. Keep it up Kirt!

Next is Travis Good with a Cabinet Level Commendation. This past term Travis has worked hard around the club to learn and grow in different roles. His hard work to make the Chernov succeed is quite impressive. It has been a rocky road for him and the ship’s crew but I hope they keep it up with their new role as a self-sim ship. He has also recently taken up the role as assistant academy commandant and has filled in the big shoes to fill role of SOX in XFleet management. Travis also is often welcoming to members new and old alike, and while a bit spunky to some (in a good way I promise!) I feel with continued mentoring, and experience he could grow into a further fine addition to STF’s community.

Next is Gavin Burkhardt, with a Presidential Level Commendation. Gavin this past term was a HUGE support to me when half way through the term the usual suspects who helped make the STF Awards a reality were not able to do so this year. I stepped up to get them going but needed help. Despite being a ‘new hat’ to such things Gavin was willing to step up and help me learn the ins and outs of making this all work. Together he helped me greatly in designing ideas for a sort of ‘how to’ Google Doc for future Award’s organizers to use step by step with pictures. He also contributed many wording refinements to the categories, and better explanations of what a category meant or who qualified etc. As a ‘new hat’ to such a role he brought a fresh perspective to such things that I probably would have overlooked being much ‘older’ then he in doing things in STF. Further, after some delay he stepped up to help Katy Darrah as assistant enginerring director in the EDept. Through his help with Katy, Ray Branch was able to get his Brazen Mark-II Escort design completed just in the past month. Further, his writing contributions to the club in places he serves is top notch, and he has often been a fixture in this term’s Voice Of The Club events in Discord giving constructive feedback and ideas to many discussions or topics that got placed.

The next Presidential Level Commendation is to everyone currently active this past term in TECH. Your contributions and often unseen or heard of work to maintain and develop the site we all enjoy and play on is without question appreciated in ways and words that can not be described. I hope you all keep it up and will not hesitate to reach out to the club at large now and then to fish to see if new comers have skills you all could use to ease up your no doubt difficult tasks.

The last commendation is a Cabinet Level Commendation for Jason Wolfe. This term Jason has been a fast rising star up through STF. When it was active he held the XO role on the Viking, and helped immensely in wrapping up the previous sim when the GM left suddenly. He has been a delight to converse with in many topics and provided a fresh take on different policies and ideas in STF that have been around for a while. While some many not work out for one reason or another, his willingness to plays Devil’s Advocate, as well as being upfront when he sees a potential problem on the horizon is great to see for someone who could contribute in the future in STF’s day to day running.

These were the people who got submitted to me by others up till my deadline given. As I said I put it in place to ensure I had plenty of time to write all this up, and make sure if anything unexpected happened in my life I was not rushing these out at 0-Hour of the term. Congratulations to everyone. Even those who may have not been noted. I hope you will not feel sour or cheated of recognition. STF does not exist without our community working together. We will disagree, bicker, get heated, and more at times, its just the way or the internet and the like. But at the end of the day we are all here for having fun, and jointly writing together in the Star Trek Universe. So I hope no matter those differences we can all agree on that, and when discussions or such come up we can put aside things to meet in the middle to ensure that STF continues to exist for another 30+ years!

Quick edit to fix the error in the 2nd to last commendation of M Lyon to Jason Wolfe.

Term on EGO.

Captain of the USS Odin from 2011-2021

For the possible STF record of one of the longest continual play of a single character which is Commander Jacen Drayke Chief Engineer of the USS Atlantis April 14, 2005 to July 15, 2021 (16 years, 3 months, and 1 day.)

There is I am sure much much more not listed above, which Steve contributed too in lesser or greater ways in STF. Last term one of his closest friends Kate O’Neil suggested after a bit of time here https://www.star-fleet.com/core/command/command/posts/150808/ - That Steve be promoted to Rear Admiral for his work in STF. The president at the time had intended to do something, but due to their own life commitments it got lost in the end of term shuffle. In turn I too dropped the ball at the start of my term in January of this year following through with this edict for Steve’s memory to the club.

So being so reminded by several members of this failure on my part especially. I hereby promote Steve Sigle to the club rank of Rear Admiral. I am very sorry to his friends and loved ones in and out of the club that this got forgotten of, and hope you do not feel we forgot about Steve’s memory and aide to STF.

As mentioned in Archer Edict #20 James Sinclair has been an amazing Vice President to me this term. He has supported not only me, but many members in the club in small and large ways. He is passionate about STF’s success and efforts to maintain and grow. He has worked strongly to bring problem issues to light in the club, find solutions where possible, and get down into the trenches with members who may not usually get noticed by those in the government roles or more public roles like in Discord to ensure their voices, thoughts, and the like are heard. This term he worked heavily with me to identify possible solutions to several members feelings of burn out, help manage ships that were in poor health and how to either fix them or help me decide to decommission ships. He was also a huge benefit to working to rebuild OED V which while still needing TLC like many other spots in the club has improved vastly from what it was before earlier in the term. He has also seen many sims done for many ships in the club over the past years, which have been creative and impactful for many who participated. James as my vice president also has provided countless ‘what if’ or ‘devil’s advocate’ discussions with me that have helped me improve my own abilities and skills as president this term, and helped me plan out what I felt was one of the most impactful contributions this club term in the Discord held Voice Of The Club Events. Coming up with ideas, themes, and topics each time it was held was not easy for me but with James’s help he often helped me cut through an over active thoughts or rambling moments I had to remain focused and when the events were held to the enjoyment and betterment of everyone I feel.

It is this in mind that I am promoting James Sinclair to the club rank of Commodore for his long term endless service to STF’s community as a whole. Thank you James!

Edict #23:
July 6th, 2022

The Fleet Commander staff of the Foremost Fleet and the Commanding Officer of the SS Bonaventure have agreed to the following changes to the Bonaventure’s charter.

SUPERCEDENCE OF PREVIOUS EDICTS

Edict Dedul #7 is hereby rescinded and superseded by this edict.

ENT ERA SHIP CHARTER

The SS Bonaventure NCC-01 is hereby recommissioned as the NCC- 07 SS Sojourner, a Lunar Rover class Light Cruiser, which is an Enterprise-Era alternative role-playing area in the Foremost Fleet. Its missions are expected to be predominantly exploration in nature and biased toward Enterprise-Era and canon historical issues and plot lines, and its crew staffing is expected to reflect the Enterprise-Era in posting, available races and tech utilization.

The Enterprise-Era is defined as the period of 2149 to 2161, as this takes into account the launching of the ship’s spiritual ancestor SS Bonaventure, the Enterprise Season 1 to 4 and the Season Finale of the series.

A similar Alt area is already in active service and is hereby confirmed to be successful as an Enterprise-Era ship. The Sojourner will continue to be judged by the following criteria:

-The ship must maintain an active and healthy roleplaying environment.

-The ship must continue to function as an Enterprise-Era ship.

As Bonaventure was already an established RPG Area, the Sojourner will not be required to pass a trial period. It will therefore remain a permanent addition to the Foremost Fleet, but if at any time it deviates from the criteria set in this edict, it must be decommissioned.

The Sojourner shall have a command structure similar to Enterprise-Era vessels, including all standard departments, rank structure, and chain of command. As such, RPG Ranks on the Sojourner will count toward Member Rank the same as on Standard Ships, and CO and XO positions on the Sojourner will count fully towards any limits in place.

The ship shall have the following Department Head positions as they exist in Standard RPG areas:

-Chief Engineering
-Chief Science Officer
-Chief Medical Officer

The ship shall also have the following era-specific positions as Department Heads

-Chief Armory Officer
-Executive Officer shall concurrently hold a Department Head position

Additional Swing personnel will be possible at the CO’s discretion, including but not limited to the following:

-MACO (Marine Specialist)
-Shuttle Pilot
-Linguist/Comms Officer
-Recreation and Morale Officer
-Master Mess Specialist Coordinator

The current CO and crew of the SS Bonaventure are retained in their current positions aboard the SS Sojourner. The CO may be removed or the ship spec and name changed at some later date in accordance with the rules of the site, without penalty to the ship itself.

====

CHARTER CHANGE LOG (Not for archiving as part of the edict, but for information only):

Removal of the term frigate to take into consideration new ship specs that have been approved for use in the era.

Clarification of the Enterprise-era as being between 2149 and 2161 and where this fits into the club history and canon timeline.

-Departments and swings clarified and adjusted

Reference to SS Bonaventure, in the last paragraph to reflect the ship’s history

Change in last paragraph to include the option for a ship spec and name change to happen in future should it be necessary without penalty being applied to the ship.

====

TECH is hereby requested to get the ship’s url links updated to the new name, as well as the report form and other associated such requirements by July 13th 2022 so that the crew of the Sojourner can feel more at home with this new direction the ship is going.
