How is your ship looking overall? Overall the Athena is going a little slow. We’ve got plenty of engagement in the Main Sim, but not a lot of Side Sims.

What was your favorite moment/post on the ship this month (include a link if possible!)?

Name one thing you want to improve on the ship for next month.I would say more engagement, but we’re going into christmas season which is bound to be a very slow time for the ship as people get busy with holiday plans.

Summarize the sim plot so far as if you were providing it to a new member joining the ship: The battle is joined. On the island of Nemornia, the fight is to regain control of the power of the EDOC so that Ares shield over the planet can be brought down. The Athena needs to be retaken so that the crew can be rescued from the battle outside the Anchor hotel where people are fighting for their lives.

Who was the biggest contributor this month to driving the sim forward?

How are the DHs doing? Are they all active and participating, both in the main sim and in any side sims?Well we’re in a pickle. Fortunately the ships in the sector are in the same pickle jar with us as there is a big anti-proton pronged fork after us. That is the state of the sim. As we are a ship, essentially of DH’s they are active, either in this thread or the side sim that our good CO has begun and is sustaining. While shy of a CSO the Counselor is working in a near cross-discipline way and, by the look of the techno-babble involved, is doing well.

How are the JOs doing? Are the all active and participating, both in the main sim and in any side sims?Alas, our singleton JO is on a LOA through January so nothing to shed light on here.

Who is the shining star this month? Kate, once again for generating an active and involved side sim that people are digging into.

Gamemaster: Luke Hung

Summarize the sim plot so far as if you were providing it to a new member joining the ship: The crew now is on the run from a Darkness Octopus, who they have roughly estimated has half the fire power of a Borg Cube. It defensive abilities aren’t really known. The Atlantis is now on the run for Base 5, unfortunately the Star-Base they had just recently cause a riot on. Part of the reason why they had to make a questionable deal with the Pirates for repairs.

Who was the biggest contributor this month to driving the sim forward?

How is your ship looking overall? We are in a much better position this month than last month. The addition of Kirt as our GMT has helped shake us out of our stagnation. We’re not 100% back to where we were a few months ago, but we’re headed in the right direction and I think as Kirt advances us into the more action-packed bits of his sim, we’ll just continue to see our posting numbers go up.

What was your favorite moment/post on the ship this month (include a link if possible!)? I don’t have anything specific for this month, but Kirt’s mission for us sounds quite interesting, so can’t wait to see how that unfolds. :)

Name one thing you want to improve on the ship for next month.Main goal of this month is to find a CMO and see if I can’t snag a few more JOs for all departments.

FComm’s Comments: No report submitted by any senior leadership for this ship is a bit concerning. Ship was pretty active last month though so I don’t necessarily have many concerns for that. I will poke them harder next month.

FComm’s Comments: No report from leadership is concerning and noted for this month. Engagement is down with only 36 posts in November. Holidays are coming up so I expect a bit of slowness, but I will keep my eye on this outpost anyway.
