USS Brian A. Olinski

Commanding Officer: On LOA

Executive Officer: Luke Hung

How are the DHs doing? Are they all active and participating, both in the main sim and in any side sims?The ship has been slow posting but steady posting by those that do. The main sim has given us more information on the missing crewman the away team discovered was beamed off the ship. Clark Delwin seems to be more of a double agent for the Federation than opposing it. Only time will tell if this assumption is correct.

How are the JOs doing? Are the all active and participating, both in the main sim and in any side sims?Ensign Abbie Wainwright. She has done an amazing job with the main sim and all threads she is writing in. Good job.

Who is the shining star this month? Helping the CO increase posting and participation on the ship.

Gamemaster: Exempt

FComm’s Comments: I am very concerned for the Olinski at this point. There is very little action in the main sim and the crew is constantly more than a day or so past AWOL. Rather than gaining new crew, she has lost more crew. I have sent an email to the command team and we will be working on a plan for the Olinski.

USS Chernov

Commanding Officer: Travis Good

How is your ship looking overall? Great except for me being busy and have been consistently awol for over a month! That will change. We will be heading back on course.

What was your favorite moment/post on the ship this month (include a link if possible!)? My favorite moments are Pawl and Symar opening up to the captain. These are very important character building moments that could and will affect their characters moving forward.

My players of the month are Pawl and Symar. Keep up the great threads and I will be posting!

Name one thing you want to improve on the ship for next month. Need more JO’S and I’m sorry for being late.

Gamemaster: Self Sim

FComm’s Comments: The Chernov continues to do very well. There is one missing report which is an oddity for the Chernov. They are up from 86 to 126 posts this month. The crew continues to stay consistently green, and Travis and Trin provide a fun healthy place to RP in. Great job!

IRW Rovarran

Commanding Officer: Katy Darrah

How is your ship looking overall? Overall, ship is looking good. Some AWOLs I have to get to the bottom of, but nothing I cannot handle.

What was your favorite moment/post on the ship this month (include a link if possible!)? Has to be the opening post to the mission by Rob. Makes my Romulan side happy

Name one thing you want to improve on the ship for next month. I want to hopefully be able to post more myself, and increase ship interaction.

Executive Officer: BJ Janzen

How are the DHs doing? Are they all active and participating, both in the main sim and in any side sims?We have only been simming for about a month. It is hard to gauge the level of activity since our CO had a small issue with a hurricane. So the sim is in a little bit of a lull as we await the Commander’s decision to send an away mission to the planet’s surface.

How are the JOs doing? Are the all active and participating, both in the main sim and in any side sims?At current there are no JO’s on board. We hope to fix that in the future. I’d like to have at least one in each department.

Who is the shining star this month? Our GM Cockroach is our MVP for the month. He’s started a unique sim to begin our adventure. Can’t wait to see what he has in store for the crew.

Gamemaster: Robert Archer

Summarize the sim plot so far as if you were providing it to a new member joining the ship: Sim just started, but so far so good on the ship. The Rovarran has arrived at the planet and system they are to survey for the empire and are currently taking scans before on how to proceed in landing and in what way they will deal with the locals.

Who was the biggest contributor this month to driving the sim forward?

FComm’s Comments: Rovarran is our newest member of Meridian Fleet. She came in with 42 posts for her first month. Not too bad for the size of the crew and posting speed. The sim seems to be moving and everyone is participating. Starting a new ship can be a slow and daunting process but Katy and BJ seem to have it well in hand. I expect to see good things in the future for our Romulan crew.

USS Saracen

Commanding Officer: Unexcused

Executive Officer: Terry Sullivan

How are the DHs doing? Are they all active and participating, both in the main sim and in any side sims?Our CSO, Cos, and CE have all been active in the main sim Bridge thread. Each of them have added beneficial posts to the thread to retrieve the black box without getting blown up by the Cardassians, but now a second Cardassian ship has dropped its’ cloak and appeared, outnumbering the Saracen/ Quick thinking and actions are going to be needed around the bridge to get us out of this situation.

Our CMO and CNS are both keeping busy with side sims. Right now, they’re trying to decide on a ‘friend with benefits’ for our lovely counselor. Who will be the lucky vict—errrr, candidate that gets to sample here wares? Hmm?

How are the JOs doing? Are the all active and participating, both in the main sim and in any side sims?Currently we only have one JO, in engineering, but he is doing a fine job keeping busy with making an automatic ball launcher for CNS Ruby’s pet feline, Rex. Gonna coe in handy, if she ends up finding a ‘friend’.

Who is the shining star this month?

FComm’s Comments: I have concerns about the Saracen and her lack of activity. As of this report all 3 members of the command team are AWOL with one being 25 days out. Their posts for the July and Aug are 53 and 57. Less than what a healthy medium speed ship should be. Even after reminders, there are still two missing reports for this month.

USS Sentinel

Commanding Officer: Jennifer Ward

How is your ship looking overall? Sentinel has really dropped this month. The sim is progressing but quite slowly. I know that real life has been a priority for myself and others on the crew. We lost all our medical personnel and need replacements.

What was your favorite moment/post on the ship this month (include a link if possible!)? Our XO, Roman Alden (played by Lucas Foxley) and resident problem child Kovan (played by Abigail G) have run into each other trying to hide out in the jefferies tubes.

Executive Officer: Lucas Foxley

How are the DHs doing? The DHs are doing okay. The main sim is moving very slowly but there is plenty of side sim activity.

How are the JOs doing? We really only have one, but they are also engaged in side sims.

Who is the shinning star this month? Cassa D as Quinn Emery Kindle for really jumping right into everything with their new CMO.

Gamemaster: Exempt

FComm’s Comments: The sim has continued to slow due to real life rearing it’s annoying demands this month. However the crew is active and spots are being filled and replaced as needed.

Activity and missing reports were mentioned above. This was a slow month overall for Meridian Fleet, and a lot of missing reports. Some of that may be that it was forgotten in the shuffle of the server migration and all the back to school, off to college, last summer trip hoopla of the season.

The shinning star this month is the Rovarran. Her crew is completely green and everyone else was on time with their reports.
